Frequently asked questions
In many cases, a council permit is not required for your ComfyPod. However, pods over 10 square meters generally require a building permit and approval from a building surveyor. For pods exceeding 60 square meters, a planning permit is typically required. To make the process simple and stress-free, the ComfyPod team manages all required permits on your behalf , guiding you through every step of the process.
Every ComfyPod is custom designed to suit your needs and location. In most cases, pods are constructed off-site at our ComfyPod factory to ensure quality, efficiency and minimal disruption to your property. However, depending on site access and location requirements, some pods may be built on-site.
From quote to confirmation through to design, construction and installation most ComfyPods are completed in approximately six weeks, providing a a streamlined and stress-free process from start to finish.
